1 on 1 coaching
Getting to know, accepting and trusting yourself as you are. Understanding what drives your behaviour, thoughts and emotions and learning how to master them. So you can show yourself as a human being, at work and in your personal life. Coaching can help you achieve this. Together, we work on a topic of your choice. You gain insights into how the connection process works, you learn how to apply this and you develop the courage you need to do so.

Teams
As a team, you want to make a step and put 'dare to connect' into practice. You want to learn from each other by sharing cases from your daily practice, without avoiding tough conversations. Practicing the skills of courageous leadership in a safe and guided environment. Together, we use your practical cases to connect theory to practice during peer coaching.
